These incredible brushes are handcrafted in France from solid beechwood and boar bristles (ethically sourced as a byproduct), and then hand-painted and hand-varnished by Marcela in her New York studio. Each brush is a one of one - no two are alike.
Meet Marcela! Marcela is the talented artist and founder of Cellazanetti. I fell in LOVE with her beautiful renditions of nature painted across different mediums, and when we spoke, she had the most amazing idea: a pollinator series for Yay for Earth, painted on her well-loved brushes. Pollinators mean so much to me and to Yay for Earth so having a daily reminder of just how beautiful and important they are felt perfectly aligned.
(To maintain : if your brush needs a refresh, you may occasionally wash the bristles with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid getting water on the handle and don't soak it. Let it air dry fully before storing)
