Domestic shipping (US)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All orders ship with tracking.

International shipping
We ship internationally with tracked delivery through USPS and other carriers such as DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Duties, taxes and customs fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes (such as VAT), duties and carrier handling fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout. They are the customer's responsibility and are paid to the carrier or customs on delivery. Amounts vary by country, so check with your local customs office if you'd like an estimate before ordering.

Customs delays
International packages can be held for customs clearance, so please allow extra delivery time. If customs contacts you about your package, we're happy to provide an invoice or any other documents you need. Just email us with your order number.

Refused packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed because import fees weren't paid, it may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. Original shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.
